Revenue Account Management
The Reservations Department continues to refine Preferred Hotel Group's unique Revenue Account Management Program. This program creates a close working relationship between the Reservations Department and each Preferred Hotel Group member hotel or resort. We have added one very important component to our program: global account management. We now have Revenue Account Managers located in Chicago, Miami, London, Milan and Hong Kong, offering regional account management in several languages, making for a stronger and more solidified working relationship between the hotel and Preferred Hotel Group.
Revenue Account Management services include training, business reviews, competitive rate analysis, and revenue management strategizing.
